There is so little content specifically created for 65+ individuals who are looking to start their health and fitness journey. So I decided to create a guided 6 week program designed for this population and their needs; taking into account possible pain and limitations.
Learn how to squat, row, lift from the floor, and more- all while improving and avoiding pain and injury.
